photographs, transparencies and documentation acquired by you
concerning LRH or the Church while in the employ of my client
that you have previously failed to turn over to my client who
is the rightful owner of same, and that are presently in your
possession.

Demand is hereby made for immediate delivery of those afore¬
mentioned materials from you to my client on or before i hursday,
June 3, 1982, at the offices of Trabish & Peterson, b6?6 Admiralty
Way, Marina Del Rev, California. Failure to deliver same as
hereby demanded will result in the immediate enforcement of
any and all rights and remedies available to my client through
the judicial system.
